Look at all those colored pages man, I think the medium used is either is watercolors or markers. 

Some hair colors are different from the anime though. Eva’s hair is brown (personally I like this color for her a lot), Nina is dirty blonde and Grimmer is blonde. However, Urasawa varies the colors sometimes…

This Rohan figure customized to become a Giorno one is a masterpiece in my opinion. But I don’t like the colors. Specially Giorno’s hair, that should be golden as described in the manga. I also miss the rhombus pattern in the jacket back. Anyway, it’s awsome.
